Mars Hydro & Optic LED lights ship from warehouses in Australia and China. With COVID-19 in play at the moment, we’re looking at an up to 3 week wait time before your lights will be in your hands.
Returns
If your item is damaged during transit, email us and we’ll send you a replacement. The original item and packaging will need to be returned to us.
Warranties
All our LED lights come with a 3 year fair use, return to base warranty. If your lights die before then, send it to us and we’ll repair or replace it for you if the item is at fault. If there is evidence of improper use (wrong voltage, water immersion damage etc.), then you will be liable for repair or replacement charges that’ll depend on the damage. We’ll notify you of the charges and turnaround time before proceeding so there are no nasty surprises there.
